My Intellectual Property and patent law experience

Helping startups get the intellectual property they need to grow

Silicon Valley patent attorney In addition to being a patent attorney, I am also a PhD with an R&D and engineering background.

I have personally done a lot of R&D, software, and design. I have invented medical devices, and have founded startups. My experience has included managing teams of scientists and engineers from the fields of software, electronics, mechanical engineering, biophysics, and operations.

I have also had years of experience in various general management and intellectual property (IP) management positions in both large corporations and VC-backed startups. This has given me an unusually broad legal/technical/business perspective which can add value to your work.
